Can we have a bonfire at our campsite?
Guests are permitted to enjoy outdoor fires at preexisting fire pits. Guests are not permitted to have outdoor bonfires outside of fire pits and are not permitted to build new fire pits. Currently we have four fire pits on site: one at Tatooine, one at the waterfront, one on Witches’ Rock, and one on the Island.
I have a CPAP and need for electricity at my campsite. Is that possible?
We don’t have electricity available at the private campsites themselves. Our cabins have electricity throughout the day, but may not have electricity at night. What we recommend is that guests bring a rechargeable battery that is compatible with their machine which can be charged at the main cottage.
I have a dog. Are they welcome?
Dogs are welcome provided they are on leash at all times and are well behaved. We cannot have aggressive dogs at our campground that may pose a safety risk to others. Dogs are also not permitted inside any of the buildings (service animals are exempt from this).
It’s raining, can I get a refund?
We don’t provide refunds for poor weather at Fox Haven. Groups are encouraged to plan ahead and pack for all kinds of weather.
I have a trailer, do you allow them?
Yes we do! trailers smaller than 25′ can be accommodated. Please contact us directly for trailers larger than 25′ and we will determine if there will be space for you during the requested dates.
Do you have a dump station for waste?
We do not have a dump station at the campground for sewage/waste. The closest dump station we can recommend for your trailer sewage is in Verner.
